The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • C.9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent textual alternative that serves the same purpose;

  • C.9.1.2.1 - In some pre-recorded audio-only or video-only media, equivalent information is not provided in an alternative format;

  • C.9.1.2.3 - For some prerecorded multimedia, no alternative or audio description is provided;

  • C.9.1.2.5 - For some prerecorded video content, no audio description is provided;

  • C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or correlations conveyed by page presentation, cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available via text);

  • C.9.1.3.2 - In some cases, where the sequence in which the content is presented, affects its meaning this is only visual and not structural;

  • C.9.1.3.5 - The purpose of some input fields that accept specific data is not properly communicated to aids or has not been implemented in the correct way;

  • C.9.1.4.1 - In some cases color alone was used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or function;

  • C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, with the exceptions provided in the regulations (E.g., logos);

  • C.9.1.4.4 - Some text, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;

  • C.9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) will not redisplay when the size displayed by the user program changes;

  • C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast to adjacent elements does not exceed a ratio of 3:1;

  • C.9.1.4.13 - In some cases, when mouse pointer hover (hover) or keyboard focus makes content visible and hidden, there is no mechanism available to delete additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus, the pointer cannot be moved to additional content without it disappearing, or the additional content does not remain visible until the hover or focus event is removed, the user deletes it, or its information is no longer valid, with some provided exceptions;

  • C.9.2.1.1 - Some features cannot be used via keyboard (or interface with similar input);

  • C.9.2.2.2 - Some automatically initiated animations, blinks, scrolls, or auto-updates of information, lasting longer than five seconds or presented in parallel with other content, there are no mechanisms to interrupt or hide them;

  • C.9.2.4.3 - In some Web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the sequence of navigation affects their meaning and operation, some objects that might receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves their meaning and operation;

  • C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined by the link text or the link text together with adjacent content;

  • C.9.2.4.6 - Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;

  • C.9.2.4.7 - The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements;

  • C.9.2.5.1 - On some features, which require multi-point or path-based gestures for their use where these movements are essential, single pointer handling is not possible;

  • C.9.2.5.3 - For some user interface components with labels that include text or text images, the name read by the aids, does not contain the text that is presented visually;

  • C.9.3.2.1 - When some UI components receive focus, a context change occurs;

  • C.9.3.3.1 - In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the item in error is not identified and/or the error is not described by text;

  • C.9.3.3.2 - In some cases, no labels or instructions are provided when the content requires user input actions;

  • C.9.3.3.3 - In cases where an input error is identified and suggestions for correcting it are known, these are not provided to the user, unless required by regulation;

  • C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including: elements of a form, links, and script-generated components...), name, role, states, properties, and values are not correct or set, or the user and his/her assistive technologies are not notified when these change;

  • C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user so that assistive technologies interpret them without shifting focus;
