We are sorry, but we do not have the ability to cancel or make changes to orders that have already been confirmed. We therefore ask you to carefully check the products added to your cart before proceeding with confirmation and payment.
In any case, don't worry, once you receive your order you will still be able to take advantage of the free return!

Purchasing on the Ragno.eu website is only permitted to users who qualify as consumers. Requests to issue an invoice, made at the same time as or after sending the purchase order, cannot be accepted.
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €69. If your order does not reach this amount we will apply a standard rate of €9.90.
We currently only ship to Italy, but we will soon open shipments to other countries.
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days of receiving your order. During particular events (Black Friday, Sales, summer closure) the delivery of your order may be delayed, despite our care in respecting the times indicated.

The TNT courier will take charge of your delivery. Ragno.eu reserves the right to use a different courier if it deems it appropriate for the good of the customer.
In this case the courier will leave a notice of passage at your address and will attempt a second delivery, always remaining within the 7 working days. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, your order will be "in stock".
If your package is delivered, but you do not have it, you will need to contact the courier.
Of course, the important thing is that the product you are returning is intact, never used, with the original label and packaging.

The costs of the first shipment resulting from your choice to return the products to us are at our expense.
The cost, organization and responsibility for the transport of any shipments subsequent to the first, in relation to a multiple order, will be your responsibility.
