What is the GIFT CARDD

 The GIFT CARD is a non-nominal card issued to bearer by RAGNO direct sales points in Italy, which can be used for future purchases or to give as gifts to relatives and friends.
The GIFT CARD is delivered to the Customer at the time of purchase and can be used immediately, in the manner indicated below, for the purchase of goods at RAGNO sales points in Italy.
The GIFT CARD only allows one payment method and is not intended in any way as a financial instrument.

 

Validity period

 The GIFT CARD can be used within 1 year from the purchase date indicated on the documentation delivered to the Customer upon issuing the GIFT CARD, unless the credit is exhausted before this deadline. It will be possible at any time to check the precise expiry date of the card at one of the RAGNO points of sale.

 

Characteristics

  • The GIFT CARD will be available in a variable denomination chosen by the Customer from a minimum of 20.00 to a maximum of 1,000.00.€.
  • Discounts and/or promotions of any kind cannot be applied to the purchase of the GIFT CARD.
  • It does not involve any issuing costs or commissions for use.
  • It is not rechargeable.
  • It is activated at the cash desk at the time of purchase, by paying the chosen amount using the means of payment accepted at the points of sale (other gift cards or merchandise vouchers or vouchers issued by the Seller or third parties on the occasion will not be accepted for the purchase). of particular promotional initiatives).
  • At the time of purchase, the Customer will be given an issuing document indicating the amount.
  • The GIFT CARD can be spent in multiple solutions and therefore can be used at RAGNO points of sale, until the value is completely exhausted.
  • The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining amount of the GIFT CARD.
  • It will be possible to request a printout of the GIFT CARD balance and all movements made with it at any time at one of the RAGNO stores in Italy.
  • If the value of the GIFT CARD is not exhausted by its expiry, the Customer will not be entitled to a change or refund of any kind.
  • The GIFT CARD cannot be converted into cash and the balance cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
  • The GIFT CARD is valid in the following countries: ITALY
  • It cannot be used to purchase other GIFT CARDS.
  • If the value of the GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted in RAGNO points of sale.
  • The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.
  • GIFT CARDS that have been tampered with, altered or have wording different from those pre-printed will not be accepted. Manual additions to them will not be accepted.

 

Loss or theft

The GIFT CARD is bearer, is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it to make a purchase. The card holder is solely responsible for its use and safekeeping. In the event of theft, loss or damage, the Card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.
No responsibility can be attributed to the Seller for improper or fraudulent use of the GIFT CARDS by third parties.

 

Terms of use

The issuing and use of a GIFT CARD implies acceptance of these conditions of use, available on the Site and at RAGNO points of sale and valid until explicitly modified or replaced.e.

 

Correct use of the GIFT CARD

The Seller reserves the right to verify the correct use of the GIFT CARD and to intervene in the event of proven violations.
GIFT CARDS obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.
